Parent / Teacher Conferences – Are You Prepared?

If you have the opportunity to meet with your child’s teacher for a parent/teacher conference, it is absolutely critical that you ensure that you are properly prepared for the meeting. The average conference is said to last anywhere between seven and ten minutes. This means that you have very little time to review the topics that are essential to your child’s academic success.

It is important to ensure that you know your child’s concerns in regards to their education, ensure that you know the expectations of the teacher that your child has, and you should know what types of grades your child is getting.
